We follow a five step process to ensure that we maintain our service standards and that all our customers are provided with the same high quality work.

Enquiry. Make an enquiry if you think that you have a pest related problem. This service is absolutely FREE of charge. All you need to do is contact us.

Survey. Ask for a FREE pest survey. This will help to identify the pest issue and the services that are required. Ask for a site visit by one of our qualified staff and a written report if you require one. There is no obligation and, subject to confirmation, is free of charge.

Quotation. We will provide you with a written quotation if work is required. Our quotations are FREE of charge and without obligation. Our quotations are fixed with no hidden costs or fees. You will only pay for what you are quoted for.

Work. We will undertake the work in a professional and discreet manner as quoted. We will provide a written report when the work is completed, specifying exactly the treatments we have undertaken.

Feedback. We will invoice for the work as quoted, ask you if you are satisfied with our work, we will ask for your feedback.
